This workshop explores the different types of metrics that can be used for different purposes, practical and innovative ways of presenting them and explores how to use them as an opportunity to influence your decision-makers. We will also discuss using metrics to get the buy-in you need to secure investment in your service desk and demonstrate how to draw out conclusive messages and identify the key improvements that will make a difference to your organisation.
