ICE Validated Packages can be a tall order. Certainly you would want no errors, or potentially warnings, but some warnings and informational hits are quite typical. Take a look a most any vendor package and you’ll see some warnings that may seem alarming at a glance. Some setup tools report to produce Windows Installer setups free from validation errors. It sounds like a big deal, but should really be able to expect no errors. Now, no warnings or informational results would be impressive– but from a feature priority perspective, this is probably not anything to focus upon and is more likely to be something chalked up to creative marketing. The most specialized support you are likely to find would be an ability to suggest and apply fixes for any validation errors resulting from running ICE validation tests.
