  • /sl “LANG_ID” Set Language; LANG_ID – Code in decimal digits
  • /l Enable Error Logging. Log file Bootstrap.log will be generated in temp directory
  • /msi[Command line] Parameters for MSIEXEC

The thread above advises you use 7zip to extract the MSI from the executable setup (instead of trying to run the exe silently) and then use the following command line:

MSIEXEC /i C:\PathToMSI\Reader.msi /t C:\PathToMsiTransform\ReaderCustomization.mst /qn

Quite a pain with Win10. There is a new dilogue when you launch adobe reader DC.  reg key to turn it off is:
